Do I need a prescription to use Stryke Club products?
No. Our products are over the counter, no prescription required. Our cleansers and spot treatment contain active ingredients to help clear skin and target acne. They are specifically formulated for boys.
How long does it take for Stryke Club Skin Care to work?
Although results vary, most people see results in two weeks or less.
Why is Stryke Club a better way to cleanse my skin?
Stryke Club cleansers are formulated with an optimal blend of non-soap cleansers and preserved with sodium hypochlorite. This combination results in skin that is thoroughly clean without over-drying
Do Stryke Club products contain any dyes, fragrances or parabens?
No. All Stryke Club products are paraben-free, dye-free, hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. Our face wash is fragrance-free.
Are Stryke Club products tested on animals?
No. We are proud to say that our products are not tested on live animals. Any testing is cruelty free.
Is the product safe for all body parts?
Yes. Our washes can be used on all external body parts: hair, face, hands, feet, and private areas. It is important to keep the products out of eyes and internal organs.
Are Stryke Club Skin Care products harmful to eyes?
Stryke Club skin care products have been tested extensively, including Epiocular testing which did not demonstrate potential for severe irritation, meaning it is not likely to cause significant irritation or damage to the eyes. That said, we always recommend that you flush immediately with water if any of the Stryke Club products come in contact with your eyes to avoid stinging sensation.
Are Stryke Club products effective on females?
Yes. Females can also benefit from Stryke Clubs proprietary skin formula. We made these products with boys in mind, but everyone can benefit: Young/Old/Male/Female … Anyone! p.s.-Our founders have used them for over a year with great results. No dryness, no irritation - no adult acne!
What makes Stryke Club products specially formulated for boys?
Boys have special needs when it comes to skin care and acne. Our products address the fact that boys are more prone to acne due to hormone effects and bacteria. Yet, boys and young men also suffer from dryness and irritation from traditional over the counter acne preparations. Our washes contain an optimal blend of gentle non-soap cleansers and ingredients that diminish acne-causing bacteria. We deliver the ultimate clean without the irritation. Our products work quickly, are simple to use, and fit seamlessly into boys’ active lifestyles.
Most traditional acne washes and over the counter body washes aimed for use in boys and young men contain a huge variety of fragrances, preservatives, dyes, and irritants. These products frequently result in ‘over-cleansing’ and ‘over-drying’ of the skin, which can lead to irritation problems, rashes and even make acne worse. Stryke Club hits acne with gentle but powerfully effective ingredients that reduce bacteria and fight inflammation — two key issues that boys struggle with. Our Stryke Stick contains a strong and effective acne treatment for larger pimples and is easily delivered in a pen-like applicator. So, while our cleansers prevent blemishes and improve clarity, the Stryke Stick treats active pimples.
What if I am not satisfied?
We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will, too. If, after trying them, you find that you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the entire United States (Hawaiian & Alaskan residents, you may experience slightly longer delivery timelines). At this time, we don’t ship internationally.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
How quickly will I receive my shipment?
The shipping method for Stryke Club orders is 2-day shipping for $6.99. You will receive the order within 2-3 business days, depending on the time that the order is placed. If you’re having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at hello@strykeclub.com.
I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at hello@strykeclub.com.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Definitely reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us at hello@strykeclub.com.
How long will it take to ship to Alaska and Hawaii -- can I expedite shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or debit cards. We cannot accept checks or money orders.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Stryke Club promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.
Do you sell or trade email lists and names?
Never. When you sign up to be part of Stryke Club, your information is safe with us.

Yes, absolutely. We do not share any customer information and we do not sell our email list.
How to talk to your kids about skincare.
Talking to boys about self-care doesn’t seem to be the current standard. Stryke Club was born to change this narrative. Boys need to feel confident and have a basic understanding of skincare needs. But they are also busy and need a regimen that is easy and fits in with their lifestyle. Gently open the dialogue about personal wellness and have him identify the areas where he needs to take care of himself (ie: his skin and personal hygiene.) Then, arm him with an unfussy way to start that self-care — like the Face First Cleanser, and you’ll be surprised how he responds.
What products are best to start with?
For most teens with evolving skin needs, the best place to start is at the beginning, and the beginning of any skincare routine is: washing your face. Seems simple right? But we know kids are busy, and sometimes it’s even hard to squeeze in the basics! If you’ve got an active son on your hands, have him start with the Face First Cleanser twice daily. That’s all. And that is a great place for anyone to start.
For those boys who are super active and need to access a cleanser in the shower, our Everywhere Wash is the perfect solution. Just tell him to pump, lather, count to 10, and rinse. He can use it on his whole body. We know that blemishes and bumps may lurk all over, this cleanser is made for all those places.
How long until they will see results?
The Stryke Club routine is simple, easy, and effective - but he still needs to commit to get the results he wants. It will take him about 4 full weeks of washing his face twice a day to start seeing the long-term benefits. Just keep consistent, and remind him it’s worth it!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time. You can log into your strykeclub.com account to cancel, or you can reach out to us at hello@strykeclub.com at least 3 days before the next ship date, and we will cancel it for you.
What happens if I move?
Easy enough… just visit your strykeclub.com account, where you can change your shipping information accordingly. If you have any trouble, just reach out to us at hello@strykeclub.com at least 3 days before your next shipping date and we’ll take care of it for you. Requests that come in less than 3 days before the shipment is set to ship may not be able to be accommodated but we can facilitate returns if your order does ship out.
Do I need to sign up for a subscription plan?
Strykeclub.com sells both single orders and subscription orders. The subscription plans are very convenient and can be changed or canceled at any time; that way you get what you want when you want it.
